Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of recieving your order. If you have an item to return, please Contact Us. Be sure to include your email address and your invoice number, as well as the reason for your return. You will recieve a Return Confirmation email. Place the item securely in the original package. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Print your Return Confirmation email and put it in the package. Ship your package and keep a copy of the tracking number. Please don't send C.O.D.-we can't accept it.
We will process your return as soon as possible.
The Return will...
- Be in the same form of payment
- Equal the total unit price of the items printed on your packing slip
- Exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake) and other service charges
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable for any reason, we will issue a refund for that item and notify you as soon as possible.
No credit will be given for items that are not ours or have been modified by you.
Merchandise shipped in error will be replaced as soon as possible.
Items purchased from KingsDiscount.com can not be returned to a physical Kings Store.
Items purchased from a physical King's Store can not be returned by mail to KingsDiscount.com.
