Shipping and Handling Charges
At Kingsdiscount.com, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
· The delivery option you choose
· The weight, size and dimensions of your items
You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Secure Checkout" page in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.
Estimated Delivery Dates
To determine the date you'll receive your order, use the following calculation:
(Availability) + (Shipping Method*) = Estimated Delivery Date
*Shipping Method is defined as Standard Delivery, 1-Day Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, etc.
Please note: there is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our 1-Day and 2-Day Delivery options.
What Standard Delivery Means
Standard Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
What 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Mean
Selecting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days. We estimate delivery dates at checkout, taking both shipping time and item availability into consideration. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping.
Here’s an example:
If you order an item that is currently available and select 1-day shipping, the item will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day -two business days total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via 1-day shipping, may not be processed by the carrier until Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that item availability may vary.
Why Don't I See Faster Shipping Options?
Only one shipping option can be selected per order. To select different shipping options, please consider placing separate orders.
Note: Some items can't be expedited due to a product's size, weight, or vendor constraints. Some items in your cart may be able to be expedited if ordered separately.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order at Kingsdiscount.com with a new shipping address.
If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please Contact Us.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:
• Incorrect or Out-of-date Address
• P.O. Box Format: The carrier we use is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Other Address Problems: Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
• Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise may require a signature. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us (and your account will be credited).
